Delivery NEWS:
We experience delays with our deliveries at the moment. We apologies for this inconvenience. Please contact us if you need further information or get express delivery. All orders made before 10th of January will arrive next week 3.


SWEDISH ORDER - Your package will be sent with the Swedish Post as varubrev förstaklass. If you buy a piece of Fine jewellery it will be delivered with Swedish Post through registered mail.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER -  Your package will be sent by registered mail through Swedish Post.

WHEN DO WE SHIP - Your order will be shipped within 2 -4 days of ordering.

PACKAGING - All of our jewellery with the exception of Fine jewellery, is delivered in our chrysoprase green velvet pouches unless you have ordered a Gift box at check out. Our fine jewellery is delivered in our chrysoprase green Fine velvet box.

PAYMENT METHODS - We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express. In specific countries we also offer invoice payment through Klarna.



SWEDEN - Product(s) in stock will be delivered within 2-4 business days.

EU - Product(s) in stock will be delivered within 4-8 business days. 

OUTSIDE EU - Product(s) will be delivered within 3-10 business days. 

Product(s) that are currently out of stock – If you sign up for our waiting list you will get an e-mail when the products are back in stock.

Delivery on our Fine Jewellery can differ; make sure to read the product info on your jewellery’s product page. Some of our Fine styles are made by request and delivery time can be up to six weeks.



SAME DAY - Pick up your order in our studio the same day as ordering. It is available on business days 12 - 15. Please bring your ID and ordernumber.
From week 29 this delivery option will be closed until August. Only delivery through the Post office with regular post is then available.

If you wish to return a product, please fill out the attached return form and send it together with the product in its original pouch/box. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
