What is your return policy?
sophiebysophie.com will accept items for exchange or return if the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 14 business days from the delivery date of your order. Exchanges will be made on the same item only and will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only to your credit card. SOPHIE by SOPHIE will only bear the return costs if the product(s) is/are defective or wrongly delivered.
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier forwarded mail and retain your receipt. SOPHIE by SOPHIE is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

What is your repair policy?
If your jewellery needs to be repaired we will put you in contact with our local workshop. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.
We will not sell, share or trade any personal information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc. via mail and/or electronically via email.
