Sophie Gyllenhammar Mattsson designs a piece of jewellery for the 20th year anniversary of Ruter Dam 2007 Ruter Dam celebrates it’s 20th year Anniversary. For the jubilée the wellknown jewellery designer Sophie Gyllenhammar Mattsson designed a special piece of jewellery.

- Her way of combining the classic elegant and challenging trendy coordinates perfect with our way of working, long-term with quality says Gunilla Arhén, CEO and founder of Ruter Dam.

The jewellery piece made of massive sterling silver was launched on the 15th of February 2007. The shape of the piece is taken from the logotype of Ruter Dam. It will be offered to all 800 women executive who has been or are within the program.

- I got this assignment almost a year ago. I was very honoured and accepted the task with great joy, says Sophie. I like the shape of the logotype so I used it. It resulted in a piece with a  lot of expression. It was a big challenge and I’m happy with the result.

Ruter Dam - Management Development Programme for Women Managers

Since 1987, the Ruter Dam Foundation has been running a management development programme for women in leading positions. Gunilla Arhén is the founder and managing director of the foundation.The aim of Ruter Dam is to encourage the appointment of more women managers to higher posts in major companies.
